1. Agreement to the terms
[LEGAL REVIEW] Identify [LEGAL BUSINESS OR DEVELOPER NAME] as the provider and explain when these terms form an agreement. Confirm how Apple’s App Store terms and EULA apply.
2. License to use SteadKeep
[LEGAL REVIEW] Define the limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the app. Coordinate this section with Apple’s Standard EULA or the custom EULA selected in App Store Connect.
3. Eligibility
[LEGAL REVIEW] Set any minimum age, capacity, parental-consent, or regional requirements. Align this wording with the App Store age rating and Privacy Policy.
4. Premium purchases
[CONFIRM] Describe Premium as a non-consumable in-app purchase, without stating an exact price here. Explain that billing, refunds, and purchase restoration are handled through Apple under the user’s App Store terms. Confirm all refund and regional-rights language.
[CONFIRM EXACT PREMIUM FEATURES] Ensure the marketed Premium feature list matches the product configuration and released build.
5. Acceptable use
[LEGAL REVIEW] State prohibited misuse narrowly and accurately, including attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer where law permits restrictions, or use the app unlawfully. Do not overreach beyond enforceable local law.
6. Changes and availability
[LEGAL REVIEW] Explain that features may evolve and availability may depend on iOS, iCloud, notifications, StoreKit, or other Apple services. Define how material changes affecting paid functionality will be handled.
7. Health and general disclaimers
[LEGAL REVIEW] If appropriate, state that SteadKeep is a general productivity tool and not medical, mental-health, fitness, or professional advice. Tailor this to actual positioning and applicable consumer law; do not include a generic disclaimer without review.
8. Warranty and limitation of liability
[LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED] Add only limitations and exclusions that are lawful in the distribution regions. Preserve non-waivable consumer rights. Coordinate with Apple’s required EULA provisions.
9. Termination
[LEGAL REVIEW] Explain when the license or access may end, what survives termination, and what happens to locally stored or iCloud-synced data.
10. Governing law and disputes
[LEGAL REVIEW] Insert the correct jurisdiction, venue, dispute process, and consumer-rights exceptions. Do not infer these from the developer’s location.
