Reminders

If a reminder does not arrive, work through these checks:

1. Open iPhone Settings, find SteadKeep, select Notifications, and confirm Allow Notifications is enabled.
2. Open the habit in SteadKeep and confirm its Reminder toggle and time are correct.
3. Check whether the habit is paused or already complete for its current day, week, month, or year. SteadKeep clears remaining reminders for a completed period.
4. Confirm Focus modes or a Scheduled Summary are not delaying the notification.
5. Open SteadKeep once after changing time zone or restoring the app so schedules can reconcile.

For a task reminder, the task must have a due date, a future reminder time, and must not already be completed.

Restoring purchases

SteadKeep Premium is implemented as an App Store non-consumable purchase.

1. Make sure the iPhone is signed in with the Apple Account that originally purchased Premium.
2. Connect to the internet and open SteadKeep.
3. Open Settings, then the Premium screen, and choose Restore Purchases.
4. Allow a moment for StoreKit to refresh the entitlement.

If Premium still does not appear, restart the app and try once more. A brand-new device opened offline may need to reconnect before Apple can confirm the purchase.

Reporting a bug

Please include:

• What you expected to happen and what happened instead.
• The exact steps that reproduce the issue.
• Your iPhone model and iOS version.
• The SteadKeep version shown in Settings.
• A screenshot or screen recording, if it does not reveal private habit information.
• Whether the issue involves reminders, widgets, iCloud sync, or Premium.

Do not send passwords, payment details, or information you do not want included in a support email.
